If you have made a donation to The Father’s Heart Global in an incorrect amount, schedule, or by error you may login to your account portal through our donation portal to adjust your payment and/or request a refund. Should you have difficulty with this process you may contact us and we will assist you.
If you are not 100% happy with a purchase from our store, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange for a similar product. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days. Any returned product must be in the same condition it was in when received.
